Where Improvement Work
Finds Its Footing Again
Lattice Hollow works alongside operations leads and improvement coordinators who want a clearer view of what their teams are actually doing — and where the effort might be better placed.
§ 01 — Services
Three Ways to Engage
Each arrangement is designed to fit where the work actually is — not where it is supposed to be.
Continuous Improvement Stocktake
A three-week structured review of your organisation's existing improvement activity across operations. Includes team lead interviews, observation of two improvement-style meetings and a written summary.
- Structured three-week engagement
- Interviews with team leads
- Written summary of findings
- Clear re-focus recommendations
Improvement Workshop (Single Team)
A one-day session for a single operational team of up to twelve people. The team works through their own chosen improvement candidate from problem statement to a small set of options for change.
- Up to twelve participants
- Facilitated problem-to-options flow
- One-page written summary
- Team-owned action output
Continuous Improvement Sounding‑Board
A monthly arrangement for operations leads and improvement coordinators who want a calm outside view. Two scheduled calls per month, written notes after each call, and discreet review of shared materials.
- Two calls per month
- Written notes after each call
- Review of internal materials
- Ongoing outside perspective
§ 02 — Why Lattice Hollow
What Sets This Work Apart
Working with an outside practitioner is useful when the team is too close to the work to see it clearly, or when improvement efforts have quietly lost momentum.
An Outside Line of Sight
Patterns that feel normal from the inside often read differently from outside the team. An external view surfaces those quietly — without disrupting the work already underway.
Written, Portable Outputs
Every engagement ends with something the team can hold on to and act from — a summary, a one-pager, or notes from a call. Nothing stays in a consultant's notebook.
Proportionate Scope
The services are sized for teams who need a focused engagement, not a long transformation programme. The scope is defined, the commitment is clear.
Team-Led, Not Consultant-Driven
The aim is to leave the team in a stronger position to manage their own improvement work. Dependency on external support is not the intended outcome.
Calm, Unhurried Engagement
Improvement conversations tend to go better when they are not rushed. The rhythm of each engagement is deliberate — enough time to listen before suggesting anything.
Discreet and Confidential
Internal materials shared ahead of calls or reviewed during a stocktake are treated with care. What is shared in the engagement stays within it.

Is Your Improvement Work
Moving in the Right Direction?
A short initial conversation is usually enough to clarify whether there is a useful fit. No long assessment process, no elaborate proposal — just a straightforward exchange.
§ 04 — Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the Sounding-Board arrangement intended for?
It is designed for operations leads and improvement coordinators who are managing improvement work on an ongoing basis and find it useful to have a calm external reference point — someone who can review direction, raise questions about team dynamics, and offer a considered outside view between internal meetings.
How long does the Continuous Improvement Stocktake take?
The stocktake runs over three weeks and involves interviews with team leads, observation of two improvement-style meetings, and a written summary. The pace is structured but not intrusive — the team's operational rhythm continues without significant disruption.
What does the Workshop produce at the end of the day?
The team leaves with a one-page written summary covering the improvement candidate, the problem statement as the group refined it, and the options for change they developed together. That summary is theirs to work from — there is no follow-on dependency built in.
Do you work with teams outside of Singapore?
The Sounding-Board arrangement and parts of the Stocktake can run remotely. The Workshop is designed as an in-person day session and works best when the team is physically together. If your team is based across multiple locations, get in touch and we can discuss what makes sense.
Are the prices shown per engagement or ongoing?
The Stocktake (S$610) and Workshop (S$130) are priced per engagement. The Sounding-Board (S$880) is a monthly arrangement — it continues for as long as it is useful and can be stopped when it is not. All prices are in Singapore dollars.
How is an initial conversation arranged?
Send a message through the contact form or reach out by phone or email. A short initial exchange — usually by call or email — is enough to clarify whether there is a reasonable fit before anything further is arranged.
